Communication Center
The arvento Communication Center consists of arvento servers and arvento server software, database and other hardware and software required for being able to provide uninterrupted and dependable service. Communication Center service is given as a part of the arvento basic set and can be set up by customer when preferred.
Information, which is sent from mobile data devices, are collected in the database placed in the arvento central servers that give 7 day 24 hour service. The arvento servers transmit the data to connected users and also transmit the historical data within the authorization and security settings.
